Last Navratri I was 101 kgs. I never realised I had put on weight from 70kgs to 101kgs in a span of 2 years. One day I got a panic attack during my sleep so I consulted the doctor and I was advised to do lipid profile. In the test results I had 400 LDL (Bad Cholestrol). As my age was too young to be taking medicines for LDL, I had no choice but to exercise and reduce my weight. I had a target of at least reducing 20 kgs. I started jogging for 5 kms and 10 kms of cycling. I have cut down junk food completely. It was very difficult to exercise during the first 2 months as I had no stamina. I lost 28 kgs in a span of 5 months. My LDL level came down to 135 without taking a single medicine.

I always prefer doing exercise early in the morning, 5 days in a week. Each day has a different set of exercise. Initially for 2 months I was only doing cardio to reduce the fat level in my body and gain some stamina. Then with personal training I have been doing chest, triceps, biceps, legs, upper body, functional training and on weekends I do full cadio that includes an hour session of spinning. I prefer to take natural protein rather than taking health supplements so I eat 10 boiled eggs whites. I have 2 Sq of SPARTAN protein. Varun Lakhani and Rushabh Choksi were my  biggest inspirations.Now my final weight is 75 kg and I couldn’t be happier.
